Professionally ...

Dr. Remlinger obtained a B.Sc. (Microbiology) from the University of Guelph in 1996.  Following this, he then was accepted into The Ontario Veterinary College, obtaining the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2000.  After graduating, Dr. Remlinger worked as an associate veterinarian for 3 months but frankly he could not stand his employer.  Throwing caution to the wind, Dr. Remlinger wanted the freedom to do this his way.  He wanted the freedom to innovate and the only way this could be done was to start his own exclusively equine practice.  Throwing caution to the wind, Remlinger Equine Veterinary Services was born October 2000, a mere 6 months from graduation.  More than fifteen years later, Dr. Remlinger has little regrets and he continues to practice "his way".

And on the personal side ...

Like most small business professionals, Dr. Remlinger is obsessed with his work.  Thus, in his free time you will often find him coming up with new ideas to better serve his clients' horses.  When he can get his mind off work, Dr. Remlinger will spend time running and collecting vintage pieces, especially those of the Art Deco era.
